All charges are billed to the client’s credit card unless other billing arrangements have been made. Invoice billing is available for frequent travelers. To open an account with us, download application from the ONLINE FORMS page.

 

Reservation Method
Reservations may be booked online or by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year via our Toll Free Nationwide number (800) 933-8707 or online at www.ExcelLimoService.com. Changes or cancellations less than 24 hours must be made by phone to avoid any charges. DO NOT email changes or cancellations. It is recommended that we have a cell number of traveling passenger(s).

 

Deposits
The following amounts are required for non-established accounts at time of reservations. Airport/Seaport Transfers: 50%, Hourly Sedan & Suv Charters: 2 Hours, Stretch Suv’s, Hummer’s & Mini Buses: 3 hours Coach Bus: $300.00. Deposit is non-refundable for Proms, Night on the Town, Concerts, Weddings or Special Events. A credit card authorization form is required when reservations are accepted.

 

Cancellation Policy
A Cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost including gratuity will be charged for any Sedan and Suv cancellation that is made less than four (4) hours before the scheduled pick up time in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. Excel Limousine Service is not responsible for passenger flights, which are missed, cancelled, diverted, and delayed or any other incident that results in failure to comply with the required cancellation policy. We will exact our best effort to fulfill our client's needs, in these instances, subject to wait time fees or late cancellations and re-bookings, without detriment to other reserved clients. Stretch Suv’s, Hummers and Mini Buses require a 24 hour notice. Coach Buses require a 72 hour notice.

 

Airport Arrivals
We constantly monitor and update flight arrival information. There will be no waiting charges for the first 45 minutes after the touchdown of all domestic flights, or for the first 75 minutes after touchdown of all international flights. Any additional waiting time is subject to the “Waiting Time” fees explained below.

 

Waiting Time Charges
Airport waiting time is defined as the length of time that elapses between the actual landing time and a passenger getting into their reserved vehicle. After a five (45) minute grace period on all domestic trips (75) on international flights, there is a $1.00 per minute charge while your chauffeur is waiting.
Non-Airport: There will be no charge for waiting time for the first 15 minutes. Any additional waiting time is billed at $1.00 per minute.

 

No Show Policy
If a client fails to show up at the scheduled pickup time and/or location, he or she will be charged the full trip amount plus gratuity. To avoid No Show Billing call (800) 933-8707. If you can't locate your Chauffeur, DO NOT LEAVE; call and we will locate him or give you a Free Trip!
